Philosophy & Approach

Having practiced family law since 1984, Anu has seen what extended conflict, litigation, and drawn-out proceedings in the court system can do to individuals and families. Because of this, Anu has developed a refreshing and individual approach to resolution for her many clients.

For the past 25 years, through her continued education, volunteer work, professional collaboration, and experience with hundreds of clients, Anu's expertise, scope and philosophy of practice have grown and evolved. Anu draws from her capabilities in litigation, mediation, collaborative law, conflict coaching, conflict resolution, teaching, training and consulting, to design the ideal path and experience for each client. Today, as a result of these endeavours, Anu believes her clients and their families can expect to experience better, more positive outcomes from their legal separation and divorce.
