Sean is a manager in the financial advisory services practice of BDO Canada LLP’s Winnipeg office.  In that capacity, Sean is primarily involved in the preparation of business valuations for various purposes including matrimonial matters. Sean also has experience in preparing and assisting clients with guideline income calculations, financial models, business plans, confidential information memorandums, litigation support, shareholder disputes, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and the valuation of mineral rights. Sean has experience working in several industries including agricultural, construction, entertainment, health care, manufacturing and processing, mining, oil and gas, professional practices, retail, transportation, and utilities.

Sean started working in public practice in May 2011 and has been working in financial advisory services since September 2015. Sean obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (“CPA”) designation in December 2015 and his Chartered Business Valuator (“CBV”) designation in November 2017.”
