Heidi Dyck

Heidi is passionate about taking a collaborative approach to family law, by maintaining respectful communication and finding creative solutions. She strongly believes that this approach encourages a non-adversarial environment, which promotes the best interests of the children. She seeks to foster a creative, listening and compassionate working environment with her clients, carefully guiding them through the various stages of the legal process.

Heidi graduated from Robson Hall Faculty of Law in 2020, and was called to the bar in 2021. Prior to that, she studied political science at the University of Manitoba. Before joining Wolseley Law in 2022, she worked at the Legal Help Centre in Winnipeg and continues to volunteer there regularly. She has also contributed several legal briefs to the Alliance of Canadian Research Centres on Gender-Based Violence.

Heidi practices in the areas of family law, as well as wills and powers of attorney and real estate.
