Marcelin practices exclusively in the area of family law at Fillmore Riley LLP.  She received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998 and was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 1999.  Marcelin acts as an instructor for the Law Society of Manitoba’s Bar Admissions course.  She has co-authored papers on spousal support and mobility issues for Continuing Legal Education seminars through the Law Society of Manitoba.  Marcelin has also volunteered as a board member for Osborne House Women’s Shelter and is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association Lawyers Professional Assistance Committee.  Marcelin is active within Collaborative Practice Manitoba and strongly believes that the principles of collaborative law can lead to positive outcomes for transitioning families.
