Norm  is a senior partner with Fillmore Riley LLP and has practiced as a family lawyer for more than 30 years.  He utilizes the collaborative family process, whenever possible, to help his clients resolve disputes in a timely, non-adversarial matter. He strives to provide clear and cogent advice to effect a favourable result for all of his clients.

Norm  is a frequent lecturer at the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law and has acted as a judge in the annual Negotiation Competition at Robson Hall. He also  lectures through the Community Legal Education Association and he is a seminar leader for the Law Society of Manitoba CPLED. He has recently been appointed by the Law Society of Manitoba to a committee exploring future alternatives to the articling process in Manitoba.
