My name is Linda Dettanikkeaze. I recently completed Collaborative Practice Manitoba training in 2022, which in turn, I have become a relationship coach. I am a clinical registered social worker and mental health therapist. I have been in a capacity as a Social Worker for 16 years and in the Mental Health field for 11 years.

I have gained great dedication and depth of knowledge in the education, social, and health field working with families and children. I have gained knowledge and skills in the areas of mental health and intergenerational trauma stemming from Indian Residential School and 60’s scoop.

I, also have expertise and a professional background of interest in research knowledge, clinical skills, assessment intervention and evaluation. I will be an asset to the field of Collaborative Practice Manitoba. I can bring excellent clinical skills, deep-rooted caring, understanding and dedication to this area of practice.

Education Background:

I am currently finishing “Organizational Leadership and Leadership Principles” through Harvard Business School Online 2021/2022. And, I will be starting “Effective Writing for Health Care” through Harvard Medical School 2022/2023. I also graduated with Master of Social Worker through University of Manitoba in 2018; graduated with Bachelor of Social Work at University of Manitoba in 2009; graduated with Aboriginal of Child and Family Services Diploma at University of Manitoba in 2016; and, graduated with Bachelor of Arts in 2004.
