A child of divorce, Rhoni has an intimate understanding of the stress and trauma families often experience during the separation process. Rhoni adopts a child-centered and trauma informed approach with the goal of helping clients resolve their legal issues without costly litigation and in a way that promotes healthy families post-separation.

Rhoni was called to the bar in 2018 and has been practicing family law exclusively since. Prior to joining Evans Family Law, Rhoni articled and practiced at a large Winnipeg firm, gaining experience in a wide variety of dispute resolution methods, including litigation, arbitration, collaborative law, and other cooperative approaches. Rhoni believes that the collaborative law process can promote a sense of empowerment and control, reduce stress, and improve communication, helping families restructure and move forward on a more positive path.
