Tammy Fraser is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years experience working with children, teens and adults as they negotiate significant life changes. As a divorce coach, she is particularly interested in supporting families through the challenges of separation in a manner that promotes the health and well being of all members. She is passionate about facilitating the restructuring of the family system in a way that minimizes the impact of these changes and strengthens the family’s ability to communicate, adapt and move forward.
In the collaborative divorce process, parents will be guided through the process of creating a long-term co-parenting plan. Through this experience of resolving conflicted issues in divorce, parents will develop the tools and communication skills to address future co-parenting issues more effectively.
Tammy has a private therapy practice and has experience training lawyers in the collaborative family law process through the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba. She is a member of Collaborative Practice Manitoba and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
