    Audra Bayer is a straight-shooter with over 20 years in family law. As a strong advocate for mediation and collaborative parenting, she keeps the best interests of the child at the forefront and empowers her clients to do the same.

    Audra is a certified mediator and arbitrator, member of the Hear the Child Roster, collaborative law practitioner and mother of five children. She previously served as a member of the Canadian Bar Association’s (CBA) National Alternative Dispute Resolution section, Co-Chair of the Okanagan Family Bar Section, and member of the CBA National Family Section.

    As a family lawyer with a focus on the litigation, resolution, and mediation of high-conflict matters and cases, Audra is a skilled client advocate and an effective negotiator. She has obtained her certification to practice collaborative law and has completed courses in the LL.M program (Alternative Dispute Resolution) at York University in Ontario with a focus on dispute resolution, domestic violence, and high-conflict family law.

    Audra has occupied several Executive Positions over the years with both the Provincial and National Canadian Bar Association Sections and volunteers in the community with a number of schools and organizations.

    Audra is the recipient of the prestigious certificate of excellence from Lexis Nexis and Lawyers.com for outstanding quality in client service. She is fluent in French and English and continues to practice in Manitoba as a litigator, mediator, arbitrator and collaborative law practitioner.
