Chidera Anadi-Mbanefo is a dual-qualified lawyer practising in Niverville, Manitoba. She was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2015, and the Manitoba Bar in 2021. She is currently a sole practitioner practising under CAM’s LAW OFFICE in Niverville, Manitoba. She practices primarily in the area’s Family Law, Real Estate, Wills & Estate and Civil Litigation.

Chidera completed her certification with Collaborative Practice Manitoba in April 2024, and is eager to educate, and assist clients in the collaborative process. Unlike the court process, she believes the collaborative process gives families control over the outcomes of the process, and promotes a healthier co-parenting relationship between parents through a child centred approach. Chidera is a strong advocate of resolving family problems without the need to go to court, when appropriate.

Chidera has been active in the community and enjoys volunteering. She currently sits as the Co-chair of the Manitoba Bar Association’s International Trained Lawyers Section, and as a Board member of the Niverville Chamber of Commerce.

Outside the practice of Law, Chidera loves spending time with her husband and 3 young kids.
