Sue is a family lawyer who was called to the Bar in 2022 and graduated from law school at the height of the pandemic. She is committed to the Collaborative process, as she believes that the court process can be incredibly stressful, unpredictable, and traumatizing for families. She believes that every family is unique and as such, is solutions-oriented towards finding a creative outcome that all parties can be satisfied with.

Prior to a career in law, Sue was an organizational development expert, specializing in implementing and facilitating safe spaces for employees in the workplace. She has always been driven by impacting people on a personal level, and has a strong background in client management and mediation. She has found it rewarding to apply her previous expertise towards helping families deal with their separations in both low and high conflict situations.
